A game-changing 12-week, part-time programme that transforms undergraduate and post-graduate students into confident, skilled professionals ready to excel in any workplace. All delivered in a safe space, right on the high street.

For the duration of the programme in store, NWC invites students to take the reins of its high street fashion business, upcycling lost property into streetwear for sale across all channels:

​

  • Weeks 1-2: Foundation building - developing essential life skills and form high-performing teams

  • Weeks 3-6: Business creation - developing and testing business models and operational frameworks

  • Weeks 7-10: Market execution - managing finance, supply chain logistics, marketing and selling their products at retail

  • Weeks 11-12: Reflection - documenting their experiences

Each NWC store hosts 30 students per programme, in unique teams of 10, to build a strong relational. Across the programme, every student will experience each of the key operational functions, to discover their talents and find their place in work.

The programme fits seamlessly around the studies of students in Business, Fashion, Media, Design, and Humanities - extending the programme reach across faculty and attracting new students.
