For the duration of the programme in store, NWC invites students to take the reins of its high street fashion business, upcycling lost property into streetwear for sale across all channels:

Weeks 1-2: Foundation building - developing essential life skills and form high-performing teams

Each NWC store hosts 30 students per programme, in unique teams of 10, to build a strong relational. Across the programme, every student will experience each of the key operational functions, to discover their talents and find their place in work.
