For the duration of the programme in store, NWC invites students to join a structured learning programme - with knowledge applied directly in our high street fashion business, upcycling lost property into streetwear for sale across all channels:

• Week 1: Foundation building - developing essential life skills and form high-performing teams

• Weeks 2-5: Business creation - developing and testing business models and operational frameworks

• Weeks 6-10: Market execution - managing finance, supply chain logistics, marketing and selling their products at retail

• Weeks 10: Reflection - documenting their experiences
