He is inspired and mobilised by his time working with young people as Marketing Director of MTV at the turn of the Millennium, as co-founder of unisex workwear brand M.C.Overalls, and as Chair of CALM and trustee of Mental Health Innovations.

Magic Breakfast
2024 to date
Helping the business create and validate a 15-year vision, which builds from 28 years of work to shift policy on the provision of free school breakfasts in primary schools in England to help achieve better learning outcomes.
The Department for Education launches its Early Adopters scheme in April 2025 with 750 schools before national roll-out.

2023
As co-founder of Humanness, designed and built a 4-month process to surface the mythology and inspire all staff to embody the founding values of the school within day-to-day operations, and market those values and behaviours to grow the pupil body.

University of Roehampton
2023 to date
Final year undergraduate module convenor and lecturer for The Sociology of Music (faculty of Humanities), and lecturer on Management Consulting Skills (School of Business), plus steward of Consulting Skills practice with Clients. Currently working with a team of Management Consulting Skills undergraduates on NWC's programme launch, for their Client practice.

As Chair of Harriman Steel, rebranded and developed the proposition for a global Edtech platform which holds the exclusive online delivery licence for the International Baccalaureate.

MTV BOOM!
2005
As Marketing Director of MTV, launched the Boom! Music Video Academy and Awards with David Miliband at the Houses of Parliament, to enrich ICT in schools for Key Stage 3.
