• Discover your strengths by working with a small group of young people in real roles, with real deadlines.

• Learn how to build a business plan, then agree responsibilities and tasks to deliver on it.

• Get familiar with the full product and sales cycle - from financial planning, to supply chain management and operations, collection design, community marketing and sales.

• Develop product ideas and activation plans for our third space(s) on the high street.

• Upcycle and brand lost property into new collections. 

• Sell your collection in-store to be zero waste. 

• Work alongside and join our growing community of NWC alumni.
